CONCERNING
AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINSITER OF FINANCE No. 65/PMK.04/2007 CONCERNING CUSTOMS SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,

Considering:

that in the framework of improving services for Customs Settlement Service Providers submitting registration requests in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 65/PMK.04/2007 concerning Customs Settlement Service Providers, it is necessary to stipulate a Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 65/PMK.04/2007 concerning Customs Settlement Service Provider;

In view of:

1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);

2. Law No. 11/1995 concerning Excise (Statute Book No. 76/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3613) as amended by Law No. 39/2007 (Statute Book No. 105/2007, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4755);

3. President Decree No. 20/P/2005;

4. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 65/PMK.04/2007 concerning Customs Settlement Service Provider;

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINSITER OF FINANCE No. 65/PMK.04/2007 CONCERNING CUSTOMS SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS

Article I

Provision of Article 14 of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 65/PMK.04/2007 concerning Customs Settlement Service Provider shall be amended by supplement 1 (paragraph), namely Paragraph (3), so Article 14 is read as follow:

"Article 14

(1) Customs Settlement Service Providers already having Customs Settlement Service Provider Code Number before this Ministerial Regulation comes into effect are obliged to register to the Directorate General of Customs and Excise to get a Customs Settlement Service Provider Code Number based on this Ministerial Regulation.

(2) Customs Settlement Service Provider Code Number issued before this Regulation comes into effect is still valid and may be used for customs settlement service up to 90 (ninety) days after this Ministerial Regulation comes into effect.

(3) Customs Settlement Service Provider Code Number issued before this regulation comes into effect is still valid and may be used for customs settlement service exceeding the period as intended in paragraph (2) until December 31, 2007 at the latest, with the following provisions:

Article II

This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force since the date of stipulation and retroactive to October 18, 2007.

For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
